3.1. System Requirements

1. Hardware Requirements:

  • Processor-Intel-compatible (x86, x64)

  • Disk Space-

    • For installation - Minimum 500 MB of free space.

    • For running the application - 10 to 20 GB of free space (The storage space requirements might vary depending upon your organization size, mailbox size, traffic frequency, outlook web access logins, log file size of IIS and message tracking logs)

Note:It is recommended to install the software where you have maximum available space in the disk.

  • RAM -4 GB Minimum (8 GB Recommended).

2. Software Requirements:

  • Supported Platforms

    • Windows 7

    • Windows 8

    • Windows 10

    • Windows Server 2000

    • Windows Server 2008

    • Windows Server 2012.

  • Supported Exchange Servers

    • Exchange Server 2007

    • Exchange Server 2010

    • Exchange Server 2013

    • Exchange Server 2016

    • Exchange Server 2019.

  • Supported Browsers

    • Chrome (recommended)

    • Internet Explorer

    • Firefox.

  • .NET framework 4.5or above.

  • MS Excelshould be installed to view downloaded .xlsx files.

  • Host machine and exchange server must be on the same subnet. A subnet is a part of a larger network such as the Internet.
