4.1.2. Size Reports

Size Reports provide information related to mailbox size, size growth, size restrictions, server based growth etc.

Various reports listed under Size Reports are:

1.Mailbox Size

This report presents all the mailboxes on an Exchange server with their respective size. It also displays a graph showing top 10 mailboxes based on their size. List details about mailboxes based on email count as well as size. The report includes mailbox name, mailbox size in GB and mailbox store name along with basic details of mailbox.

To view Mailbox Size report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Mailbox.
UnderSize Reports, click onMailbox Size.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

2.Mailbox Size Growth

This report presents information regarding growth of all the mailboxes in the Exchange server. The report also displays the top 5 mailboxes based on their growth. The report includes mailbox name, their initial and final size and their growth percentage along with basic details of mailbox.

To view Mailbox Size Growth report:

From theNavigation Pane,click onReport -> Mailbox.
UnderSize Reports, click onMailbox Size Growth.
UnderFilter, fromPerioddrop down options, select the time period and clickGo.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

3.Mailbox Size Restrictions

Get a list of users with default storage limits. This report presents default storage limit, various restrictions issued to mailboxes and actions that will be performed when a mailbox reaches its size limit. Identify users with specific mailbox storage limits such as Issue Warning, Prohibit Send, and Prohibit Send and Receive. The report displays the mailbox name, email, alias name, canonical name, legacy exchange DN with various mailbox restrictions.

The various restrictions and actions include:

Default Store Limit
Issue Warning at in KB
Prohibit Send at in KB
Prohibit Send and Receive at in KB

To view Mailbox Size Restrictions report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Mailbox.
UnderSize Reports, click onMailbox Size Restrictions.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

4.Current Mailbox Size vs Quota

This report displays the mailbox name along with their size, prohibit send size, prohibit send receive size and size at which a warning is issued. It also shows a list of top 10 mailboxes based on their size.

To view Current Mailbox Size vs Quota report:

From theNavigation Pane,click onReport -> Mailbox.
UnderSize Reports, click onCurrent Mailbox SizevsQuota.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

5.Server Based Mailbox Growth

This report shows the growth of the mailboxes on the Exchange server based on the sever information, for a selected time duration. It also shows a graph of date vs size in GB.

To view Server Based Mailbox Growth report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Mailbox.
UnderSize Reports,click onServer Based Mailbox Growth.
UnderFilter,fromPerioddrop down options, select the time period and clickGo.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

6.圣ore Based Mailbox Growth

This report shows the growth of the mailboxes on the Exchange server based on the mailbox store information, for a selected time duration. It also shows a graph of date vs size in GB.

To view Store Based Mailbox Growth report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Mailbox.
UnderSize Reports, click on圣ore Based Mailbox Growth.
UnderFilter, fromPerioddrop down options, select the time period and clickGo.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.
