General Reports display all the distribution list and their details.

Reports provided under this category are:

1.分配表s

This report displays all the distribution lists with their complete details. The details include name, Group Type, Total Members, Email, date or creation, authenticated receiver, Legacy Exchange DN and Managed By associated with the distribution lists.

To view Distribution List report:

• From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Distribution List.

• UnderGeneral Reports, click on分配表.

• If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

2.分配表Members

This report displays the details about the distribution list members.

To view Distribution List Members report:

• From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Distribution List.
