5.3. Mailbox Properties Change Report

The Mailbox Property Changes reports are a collection of reports that audit, track and report on the changes made to the mailbox properties like message size restrictions, mailbox storage quotas, recently activated, deactivated or moved mailboxes.

1. Mailbox Quota Changes

This report lists mailbox with modified quota limits during a given a time duration.

To view Mailbox Quota Changes report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onAuditor.
UnderMailbox Properties Change, click onMailbox Quota Changes.
UnderFilter, in thePeriodfield, select the time period from the drop down options and clickGo.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

2. Mailbox Size Restriction Changes

This report lists mailbox whose size restrictions have been changed during a given a time duration.

To view Mailbox Size Restriction Changes report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onAuditor.
UnderMailbox Properties Change, click onMailbox Size Restriction Changes.
UnderFilter, in thePeriodfield, select the time period from the drop down options and clickGo.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

3. Activated Mailboxes

This report lists all the mailboxes which were activated during the selected time period.

To view Activated Mailboxes report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onAuditor.
UnderMailbox Properties Change, click onActivated Mailboxes.
UnderFilter, in thePeriodfield, select the time period from the drop down options and clickGo.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

4. Deactivated Mailboxes

This report lists all the mailboxes which were deactivated during the selected time period.

To view Deactivated Mailboxes report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onAuditor.
UnderMailbox Properties Change, click onDeactivated Mailboxes.
UnderFilter, in thePeriodfield, select the time period from the drop down options and clickGo.

5. Moved Mailboxes

This report lists all the mailboxes which were moved during the selected time period.

To view Moved Mailboxes report:

UnderMailbox Properties Change, click onMoved Mailboxes.
UnderFilter, in thePeriodfield, select the time period from the drop down options and clickGo.
