4.7.3. Server Reports

Server Reports provide storage information related to the server. It provides server storage and server growth details.

Reports included under this category are:

1.Server

This report displays the server information such as server name, version, mailbox store, routing group name, administrative group name and other details related to various servers in an exchange organization.

To view Server report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Organization.
UnderServer Reports, click onServer.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

2.Server Storage

This report provides the server storage details. The details include server name, total store size, total store used and mailbox store size. It also shows the Free Space, Volume Used and Volume Used by Users.

To view Server Storage report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Organization.
UnderServer Reports,click onServer Storage.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.

3.Server Storage Growth

This report displays the growth of a server in given span of time including the usage growth rate. It also shows growth of individual stores associated with that server.

To view Server Storage Growth report:

From theNavigation Pane, click onReport -> Organization.
UnderServer Reports, click onServer Storage Growth.
UnderFilter, in thePeriodfield, select the time period from the drop down options and clickGo.
If you wish to change the Server, click onSelect Serverand choose the server name from the drop down list.
