4.3.3. Existing Outlook Profiles

Stellar Migrator for Outlookprovides a feature to export PST files to the existing outlook profile.

Note:Before you start the migrating process of scanned files make sure thatMicrosoft Outlookis closed.

Steps to migrate the scanned mailbox to Existing Outlook profile:

1. RunStellar Migrator for Outlook.

2. SeeSelect and Repair File, to know how to select and scan mailbox for migrating.

3. After scanning the mailbox, see连接到授权账户to know how to connect licensing portal.

Note:Only for the first time, you will be prompted to enter user name and password for connecting to the licensing account.

4. ClickMigrate MailboxfromHomeribbon,Remaining Licence Countsscreen appears. It shows the number of software licenses remaining and progress license counts.

5. ClickOK.Migrate Mailboxscreen appears.

6. ChooseExisting Outlook Profilesand clickNext.

7. Select Outlook Profilewindow is displayed. Select an Outlook profile from the list of MS Outlook profiles shown.

Note:If the Outlook profile is password protected,Enter Passwordwindow will appear. Enter the password and clickOK.

Note:

• Recover Deleted Itemscheck box is selected by default, uncheck it if deleted repair items are not required.

• ClickApply Advance Filterif you want to apply filter on the repaired files.

8. ClickMigrateto configured mailbox to existing outlook profile.

9. After the saving process is completed,SavingCompletedialog box appears. It shows the path and size of the repaired file.

10. ClickOKto complete the process.
