Stellar Converter for OSTallows you to save the converted file in MSG, EML, RTF, PDF, HTML and MBOX formats. With theNaming Conventionoption, the mail items can be saved with specific names such as Subject of the e-mail, Date of the e-mail, and Sender of the e-mail.
Steps to save the converted file:
RunStellar Converter for OST.
SeeSelect and Convert OST File, to know how to select and convert the file.
ClickSave Converted FilefromHomeribbon to open aSave Aswindow.
FromSave Aswindow, selectOther Formatsoption. Drop-down list box enables.
Select any one of the formats (味精、EML、RTF、PDF、HTMLorMBOX) from the item list and clickNext.
Naming Conventionwindow appears, select anyone from the following options:
Subject -The converted file will be saved with the name as the respective email message's subject.
Subject + Date(DD-MM-YYYY) -The converted file will be saved with the name as the respective email message's subject and date.
Date(YYYY-MM-DD) + Subject -The converted file will be saved with the name as the respective email message's date and subject.
From + Subject + Date(YYYY-MM-DD) -The converted file will be saved with the name of the respective email message's sender, subject, and date.
Date(DD-MM-YYYY) + From + Subject -The converted file will be saved with the name of the respective email message's date, sender, and subject
Date(YYYY-MM-DD) + From + Subject -The converted file will be saved with the name of the respective email message's date, sender, and subject.
Date(MM-DD-YYYY) + Subject + From -The converted file will be saved with the name of the respective email message's date, subject, and sender

Select Destinationscreen appears. ClickBrowseto save converted file at specified destination.
Note:
Recover Deleted Itemscheck box is selected by default, uncheck it if convert deleted items are not required.
ClickApply Advance Filterif you want to apply filter on the converted files.
ClickOK. A window appears and shows the status ofSaving in progress.
After successful saving completion, aSaving Completedialog box appears with a message"Selected messages saved successfully".
Click on 'Open containing folder' link to view the saved messages.
