Stellar Converter for OSTprovides a feature to export the converted mailbox to your Microsoft 365 account.
Note:
使用Export to Microsoft365option, make sure that you have an active internet connection.
Before saving the converted mailbox toMicrosoft365, make sure thatMicrosoft365account is configured inMS Outlook应用程序。
Online mailbox data cannot get exported toMicrosoft 365. You can only export your offline mailbox data toMicrosoft 365.
Steps to export converted mailbox to Microsoft365:
RunStellar Converter for OST.
SeeSelect and Convert OST File, to know how to select and convert the file.
ClickSave Converted FilefromHomeribbon to open aSave Aswindow.
SelectExport to Microsoft365and clickNext.
Microsoft 365 Login Detailswindow appears. Select onlyMicrosoft 365profile namefrom the dropdown list and enterPassword.
Note:
Recover Deleted Itemscheck box is selected by default, uncheck it if recover deleted items are not required.
ClickApply Advance Filterif you want to apply filter on the converted files.
ClickOKto start the saving process.
After the saving process is completed,Export to Microsoft365dialog box appears with message "Data successfully exported to Microsoft 365".
ClickOKto complete the process.
