4.6. Save and Load Scan Information

This option allows you to save the scanned information of files using the "Save Scan Info" option and later load the saved scan (DAT) file using the "Load Scan" option. It saves time in restoring data as we do not need to convert the OST file again.

Here are the steps to save scan information from the converted OST file:

1. From theHome Ribbon, selectSave Scan Info.

2. 保存扫描信息window will open.Browseto the folder where you want to save the scan information and clickOK. The information gets saved in .DAT file format.

3. A message box appears, clickOK.

Load Scan Information

This option is used to start the conversion procedure from saved scan information or .DAT file.

To load the scan information of the OST file, follow the steps given below:

1. To load the scan information click onLoad Scanoption from theHome Ribbon.

2. Load Scanwindow will appear. It displays a list of saved scan information file existing in the system.

3. In case the file you desire is not in the list, click添加button and select the desired DAT file.

4. ClickOpen.

5. 您添加的文件ed is displayed in the load scan window. ClickRemovebutton if you want to remove the save scan (.DAT) file.

6. ClickResetbutton to reset the load scanned list.

7. ClickLoad Scanbutton.

8. A message box appears, clickOK.

Note:You can select only one file at a time to start the process of scanning.
